- Build a collaborative professional relationship with educators mutually engaged in efforts that help maximise every teacher knowledge and skills to enhance student learning.
- Provide supportive feedback and practical advice, and differentiate support for individual teachers and leaders.
- Sharing effective and proven strategies, methods and techniques with educators through high quality and sustained professional learning opportunities.
